Across this websites development:

I become extremely familiar with the HTML language and JavaScript to create a interactive storytelling website

All assets for the site were drawn and refined in Adobe Illustrator

The story of the site came from a combination of research into the great pacific garbage and a love for Kaiju stories

Went through the whole story boarding process to develop a foundation for the site

Dodge, shoot, and survive as Derby(A rollerskating heeler) in this high speed, rouge-like movement, shooter!
Across this games development cycle I:

modeled, rigged, and animated characters and environmental props

developed and implemented AI behavior for enemy characters, including path finding, state-based decision-making, and combat interactions

created post-processing effects which gives the game its cartoon like aesthetic and lighting

​designed the prototype version of the player's movement and suspension logic which would go on to form the foundation of the logic used currently in game

​As an level designer I:

designed and implemented seven plus levels in different environmental settings

collaborated closely with programmers and artists to bring visions to life including potential game play variations and mechanics(like the melt-able ice block)
-
preformed quality assurance across the title to refine level designs and identify bugs/exports

My first foray into scripting game mechanics in the C# language to create a 2d platforming adventure that is reminiscent of early 8 and 16 bit platformers

All pixel art and animation is created by myself, which truly brings the game to life with a retro flair

In this Pokemon Snap inspired romp, take picture of key object that are hidden around the park to earn points

I worked through Blueprinting to create the core photography mechanic
- Used landscaping tools within unreal to build a map with distinct sections including a forest, mountain, and cliff sides
- All models(save for the chicken wing which come from Quixel Bridge....it was a recurring bit in the class) and animations were created in Maya
